Ryan has been a health and fitness professional with a specialized focus on corrective exercise, performance, and sustainable nutrition strategies. His work centers on helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and build habits that support long-term health—whether they’re recovering from pain, optimizing performance, or navigating the demands of a high-stress lifestyle.

He is a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Precision Nutrition Coach, combining movement assessment with evidence based nutrition principles to address the root causes of dysfunction rather than just the symptoms. His approach is highly individualized, practical, and grounded in real world application.

Since 2019, Ryan has also worked as a touring health and fitness coach for the rock band Korn, supporting artists through the physical and mental demands of life on the road. Touring requires adaptability, efficiency, and results under less than ideal conditions experience that has sharpened my ability to deliver effective programs no matter the environment.

Whether working with touring musicians or private clients, the goal is the same: to create intelligent, realistic strategies that improve movement quality, resilience, and overall well-being.

With 11 years of experience across four elite training environments, Jake has built a career around delivering high level results with a refined, personalized approach. He has completed four professional personal training certifications, including NASM, NCCPT, and ACE, and have had the privilege of working with over 1,000 clients throughout his career.

Client experience ranges from high profile athletes and executives to everyday working professionals who want to move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Jake has spent some time traveling with clients on work trips, providing on the go coaching in movement, training, and nutrition because consistency and performance don’t stop when life gets busy.

His specialty lies in movement patterns, functional strength, and corrective exercise, ensuring that every body moves efficiently, powerfully, and pain free. Movement studio as a whole also incorporates an introduction to biohacking principles, helping clients optimize recovery, longevity, and overall performance in a smart, sustainable way.
